HEATWISE develops advanced energy management systems that synchronise IT-generated thermal loads with HVAC systems. This includes real-time adaptation of heating, cooling, and ventilation to improve energy efficiency, enhance occupant comfort, and minimise reliance on conventional heating sources.
Data Center Operation
At the core of HEATWISE is a future-proof data centre cooling strategy. Innovations such as two-phase direct liquid cooling, digital twin-supported orchestration, and predictive thermal management enable optimised performance, reduced energy consumption, and efficient heat recovery.
Measurement and reporting
A robust data-driven framework is being developed to monitor, assess, and report energy flows and system performance. This includes Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), standardised metrics, and compliance alignment with EU energy directives, allowing transparent tracking and scalable adoption.
